Dr. Viji is the founder of Manodarshan, an organization whose mission is to promote mental health awareness in the community and eradicate stigma through community engagement, service, and research.  Of special interest to Dr. Viji is collecting data on the Indian diaspora in US, so that it can inform mental health services to be culturally sensitive.
